At TAO Clean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty technology; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your TAO Clean device in its original packaging, ensuring all attachments, charging bases, and power cables are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned device, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
